Close step7, rename the main folder and try to archive.

You can have a message like this "Error 3020:35", with the help message sending you into the wrong direction:

So you have to shorten your program name/path, for example "C:\PLC\Process_D", and after that you can archive it, even with a long archive name.

It works fine for me with long archive names like "C:\PLC\Saves\Process_Section_D__2017_01_24__10h25.zip"

HI Dear, 

I was getting the same error "Message 3020:10" when was trying to retrieve the project. It was rellated to local memory of my computer and the project was too big. I've delete some files and then I could retrieve the project.
