No problems with licenses intalled before.

I can confirm, installation of new ALM v6.2 solves the issue. I even didn't uninstall old version, just install new ..

No, licences are preserved in a separate folder.

The problem is the Windows 11 update number KB5058411. Unistall the update, reboot the system. It should work

how is that working with licence transfered to PC? when I remove ALM to install newset will I loose the licence? 

No uninstalling a version of ALM and installing a newer version will not delete your license. Your license or licenses reside in the drive (C:, D:, E:) that you activated them in. They are just hidden from users.
