What was the last thing you downloaded? If it was a delta download, it might have failed, which could have caused the issue. Before putting an HMI device into production, perform a full download.

I also recommend using the latest versions of the device and image available.

If this happens again, you can create a backup and provide it to Siemens.

A delta download only transfers the changes, not the entire project. Although this reduces transfer time, problems can arise if not all changes are accounted for.

However, if you are not using the download, it will not be responsible for your problem.

Anyways, is there a reason that my graphics and texts dissapear on physical HMI but when i simulate its all good? I would like to know what is wrong and what is the issue.

Of course, there's a reason. However, more information is needed, which is probably not something you want to provide here. I recommend creating a support request for this topic.

Is there a special reason why you use an older Image Version for the HMI?

I would recommend installing the latest Upd for TIA v19 and then also the last available Image Update for the Unified Comfort Panels which should be at the moment: V19.0.0.3
