July 2025... After lot of searching I understand as below by referring the manual which is released in May 2025. Redundant IO modules connected to SIMATIC S7-1500 LRedIo Library V2.0 In page 12 it clearly says as "The SIMATIC ET 200SP HA terminal blocks with 2 slots for IO redundancy are not supported in TIA Portal (e.g., 6DL1193-6TC00-0DR0). Therefore, they cannot be used." Hence TB type M1 cannot be used and we can use individual terminal block like TB type H1. And IO redundancy is achieved not via the hardware but with the LRedIO function block. Wiring considerations are required which are explained in the manual. DI Module : Adding Resistor in parallel is required. DO Module: A diode is already embedded inside the DO module on the ET200SP HA. AI Module: A Zener diode is required and the Zener diode values required in the manual. AO Module: A Zener diode is required and the Zener diode values required in the manual
