I need some help to complete a program :) Let me explain the control philosophy of my project:

I have 8 fans and 2 PT100 temperature sensors. The fans need to be temperature controlled as follows:

• When the ambient temperature is above 15 °C, all fans should run.
• When the ambient temperature is between 10 °C and 15 °C, only 4 fans should run.
• When the ambient temperature is below 10 °C, only 2 fans should run.

I’ve already implemented the fan rotation logic(fans duty cycle every 20 s for testing) to ensure even wear.

System details:

• 8 digital inputs (DI):indicate if each fan is available and can be called to run.
• 8 digital outputs (DO):calls fan to run

What I still need help with:
If one of the fans becomes not available(DI = 0), I want an available fan that is currently not running to take its place, so the total number of running fans stays correct.

Any suggestions on how to best implement this? Please see the attached program for reference.

Im Anhang finden sie ein Programm (mit deutschen Kommentaren), das ihre Anforderungen erfüllt. Die Lüfter werden temperaturabhängig zu - und abgeschaltet. Es können nur die Lüfter deren Freigabeschalter eingeschaltet sind starten. Um eine gleichmässige Auslastung der Lüfter zu erreichen werden die Lüfter rollierend vertauscht. (Rotation). Fällt die Freigabe eines Lüfters weg, übernimmt ein anderer Lüfter sofort die Funktion.

Ich hoffe mein Text wird automatisch in englische Übersetzt.
