Alarm history Log showing only 100 values

geri036 Posts: 152 Rating: (5)	Hi guys, My alarm history is showing only 100 last values, and that is maximum, but I have around 500 alarms in my history. How can I show all alarms in my Alarm log? I have setup my Alarm control to show Pending alarms, and I activated that I have "Show and update logged alarm" button in the lower left part of Alarm control. When I click on this button I get only the last 100 alarms. Any idea? Attachment 1.PNG (1117 Downloads)

In your screenshot I can see, you have set a filter "ID<>600070", than means messages with number 600070" will not be displayed. You should try to remove the filter. Regards Georg Berghof

geri036 Posts: 152 Rating: (5)	Hi bg2492, I removed filter and nothing changed. Where did you find this information that Alarm control can display only 1000 events? It is ok for active alarms, never will have more than 1000 active alarms, but for alarm history is not good, I receive 100 alarms every day, so that means that my alarm history can only save and display last 10 days. My customers request minimum alarm log period of one year.

This is a limit of the object. If you would need to see more, you need the set a selection (filter), i.e. for diffrent timeranges. Regards Georg Berghof

It does not matter if I click Show Active Alarms or Show Logged Alarms I get only 100 values every time. That is maximum. Even when I try to export my Logged Alarms as CSV file I get only the last 100 values and that is it. I have the same problem from TIA V16.....until now TIA V19. Nothing is changed. Can somebody help me please?
