I have a problem with the simulator of HMI, I starts the simulator and I have made sure the Runtime starts the project, I tried to be logged on is a member of the user groups “PlcSimUsers”, “RTIL Tracing Users”, "Siemens TIA Engineer", “SIMATIC HMI”, "umcd_domain_manager", “umcd_dsso”, “umcd_um” but it still doesn't work. I active the Web administration tools in Windows features, after that I tried to configure the “WinCC Unified Configuration”. I run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and run the comand “sfc /scannow” to scan for and repair corrupted system files. And I restart the PC and it doesn't works.

Which exact Version of TIA Portal and the Unified PC RT Installation do you use (with Upd)?

Check in Internet Information server if the Unified Website is installed and in state running
