You're really funny! So you couldn’t fix the problem !? Instead, you just put it on hold !?

I'm having an issue with a Siemens KTP700 Basic HMI (part number: 6AV2123-2GB03-0AX0) that is currently unable to start up correctly. When I power it on, it gets stuck on the initial startup screen and does not proceed any further. To try and resolve this, I attempted to perform a USB recovery (reset to factory settings) following the instructions provided in the Siemens support document: 👉 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109744950 I have prepared a USB drive with the necessary firmware files and followed the steps outlined in the document to enter the USB recovery mode on the HMI. However, during the recovery process, the HMI displays an error message indicating that it cannot find a compatible firmware file. I have tried several different firmware versions, including: KTP700_V14_00_00_00.fwf And various other versions downloaded via TIA Portal firmware packages. Unfortunately, none of the firmware files I have tried have been recognized by the HMI for the recovery process. Additionally, when the recovery process does start, it always fails at around 95% completion. It seems I have the exact same issue reported by user NawathepB in another thread. Could anyone in the forum please provide some guidance or suggestions on how to successfully complete the recovery of this KTP700 Basic panel? Thank you in advance for your support.
