WinCC Unified V19 Trend View and CSV Export Limited to Last 1 Hour

When I open a Trend View and try to analyze historical data, it only shows data from the last 1 hour. The same happens when I export the trend to CSV format – the exported file also contains only the last 1 hour of data. Now it suddenly behaves like this, and I have no idea why. I have attached some screenshots that show the problem. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this behavior or what settings I should check?

Did you install an update? It would be helpful if you could provide more details about your problem. Which device version do you have configured? What firmware version are you using? rafalsky Joined: 11/19/2023 Last visit: 12/23/2025 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Originally, the programmer had connected the Trend Views directly to the raw sensor tags instead of the logging (archive) tags. I corrected this by reconnecting all trends to the logging tags instead. At the same time, the logging retention time was set to 7 days, which I changed to 60 days. Immediately after this change, everything worked perfectly. Trends were displayed correctly CSV export worked as expected I could scroll back up to 7 days without any issues This made sense, because the values were already being logged correctly — only the trends were previously connected to the wrong tags. However, after approximately4 days, the problem suddenly appeared without any changes being made. Now the Trend View only shows data from the last 1 hour, both on screen and in CSV export. Directly after the update everything works exactly as intended, but after a few days the historical data seems to disappear from the trends. This project uses: TIA Portal V19 Panel:MTP1000 Unified Basic (6AV2123-3KB32-0AW0) Panel firmware:V19.0.0.2

When the storage device is unreachable, the logger should temporarily buffer the data. However, if the buffer is exceeded, old data will be deleted. I'm not sure if this functionality existed in version 19.0.0.2, but I recommend verifying that the tag logger is running. You can use the alarm control to do so. If you don't have an active filter, a system alarm will appear if there is an issue with tag logging. As an alternative, you can use the Trace Viewer to examine the "WCCILtlg" application.
