Your alarms numbers in the title are not important but the 300501 alarm is the key alarm other alarms are all sub sequence from that I may let moderator to change title for you 300501 Z1 Axis Drive 3 Maximum Current Monitoring ( attached to see explanation from Siemens manual.--read my highlighted line only) BTW: Can you share information what is meaning for "the siemens intervention"--which country ,services to your on the site? what the action? However, as I know you may have some trouble (or say cost your more money to fix this issue) I see you are new for the forum, you need read my tip (on the top of this forum) "Basic Information of SIMODRIVE Family" the link is here https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/ca/en/posts/basic-information-for-simodrive-family/334640/?page=0&pageSize=10 and I give you the idea of SINUMERIK 810D and 840D. After one year of release SINUMERIK 840D as a milestone in Siemens CNC history, in about 1997 Siemens released 1st version of 810D--which is a "smaller 840D". 810D has internally most similar functions like its big brother, but it is more compact in hardware configuration. 840D normally use servo drive 611D (consists control card and power section--detail see my tip) so when 300501 error happens, your can replace 611D control card for trouble shooting or fix the problem. But for 810D, drive system using 611 power section (or call drive) but the control card is integrated on the 810D CCU, which contains 3 to 5 (611D like) "control cards" So you may need to replace the Whole CCU.
