Simovert VC CU2 starts automatically without any ON signal!!!(Please help!!)

Dear Diwa, I have encountered 1 customer having the above problem. The CU2 is connecting to a SCB board as well. When the motor stops,after some times, the drive will start by itself without having any ON signal. When i monitor using DriveMonitor, I noticed thatbit 0on control word 1is OFF.The motor is running at 10Hz during the automatic restart. This situation happens spontaneously.How is this possible?
