os update problem

Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	Hi I am using a TP170A which was install in protocol V6.0 SP3 2005, 3 year back.now I have update this hmi from winflex 2008 SP1 HF1.everything is working,only password is not working..please tell me the suggestion….i think during migration(OS UPDATE) this prolem occur. Also I am able to add anu user in user administration…….

Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	HI please open winflex 2008 SP1 HF1, TP170 A 6" is not allow to create a any new group &user. it allow in TP177 A 6",TP170B MONO also....... my problem in TP170A 6" hmi,if i open a simulator..it is excepting a password,but when i download in hmi & try it is not working......... Please find the attachment.this attachment screen is not open while pressing a button in hmi,so i am not able to put my password.....but during simulation it is working ,so i am thinking during os update from protool 2005 v6.2sp3 to winflex 2008 sp1 hp1,this problem came...... Anybody can give me the confirmation if i migrate the os from protool v6.0 to sp3 to winflex 2008 sp1 hp1 then again change from winflex2008 sp1 hf1 to protool v6.0 sp3 by using os update will not create problem for HMI...... regards Attachment password edit screen.zip (114 Downloads)
