Tp177b cannot access simotion d445 and cpu313c at the same time…

We are trying to connect the tp177b to the plc and simotion in wincc flexible, but the hmi cannot access both at the same time. Also the PG cannot access the plc and the simotion online at the same time. What could be the problem? Thank you
