To open project file with WinCC Flex, you need files with extension .hmi and _log.ldf . Could you confirm that you have both files? You could find more info at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/36727661

So, it's easy to say you should contact Customer Support. In some cases, it might be possible to repair the project. But you could try to find some decision in forum using search field. (This issue was discussed many times, just write in search field _log.ldf)
