We are in the very early days of doing a project for a customer that requires three language sets English, Chinese and Japanese. Besides the formatting problem of aligning all the text's how do I best go about adding the Chinese and Japanese text?

Can I just export all the text from the wincc project to the .csv file and get that translated to import it back in or do I have to do other changes? At the moment the character set for Japanese and Chinese in the wincc is just boxes and no defined symbol.

Other information that might be relevant is that we are currently using Wincc 2008 SP1. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Just a quick reply to say thanks for point me in the right direction, it took a while for me to get Windows XP install I had to do download from Microsoft site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389 in the end but eventually got it to working after adding missing dll files.
