Problem with automatic data store when Runtime inits

eltiu Experienced Member Joined: 9/10/2009 Last visit: 8/12/2025 Posts: 68 Rating: (0)	On a MP377, programmed with WinCC Flexible 2007 HF4, I'm recording some data in files. The problem is that when the Multipanel shuts down and shuts up again, these function doesn't init again. Ì have configured correctly all the options to achieve this, but it doesn't work. I'm using an USB pen. If I shut down the panel and in the options of the Loader I set the "wait time" to "forever" and then I wait 30 seconds (more or less), then the function works. It seems like the panel recognizes the USB after the runtime starts or something like that. Do you know if the new versions have this problem solved? How could I have a longer than 10 seconds in the wait time in the Loader? Thanks

The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, before you switch iff the panel, did you use the function "StopRuntime". If you use archive then you must use this function. See also the info from this FAQ. When you use the "older" archive (before you have use the function "StopRuntime") this file couldbe have a defect.->If flexible could not repair thedefect filesfor archive, then the new files have a nother name! ->Check this name and look what name you have use in your project. Can you read the archivefiles on your PC? Maybe you should delete the complete files on your memory stick and try again. What USB Stick did you use?
