A.T.A Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hi. Working an inexperiented person with sysem(SINUMERIK 840D,OP012), Whenstarts up HMI Advanced the screen turns off after 2 second and it doesn't turn on. I bring the control system into a defined initial state (NCK general reset) but problem didn't solve. How can i solve it? Thanks a lot.

Gebhardt Karl Posts: 1502 Rating: (176)	Hi I think, you have a PCU-Problem. For test --> Remove the violet Cable from PCU/MMC. After startup an Error "No PLC/NC Connection" or "SO" must be see in the OP12. Testit and answer here.

For Information: Now I think you have "bad Information" from NC or PLC. NOW: Startup your System without MPI-Cable (violet-Cable in your PCU). Wait 4-6 Minute. Connect your Cable. Try to clear the Errors. With your MSTT "Reset" an "Big Mag" button. Do you have now the Connection with PLC and NC ? ( No character "#" see an the PCU.) (Position for the Axisare O.K.) Then next Step. If work this moment, you can try save NC and PLCMain-Programms Datas.
