PLC FB's missing

valeVTS Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, I need a help, maybe I will make stupid question but this is about SINUMERIK 3M with 6ES5921-3WB14 and everything is twighlite zone. I need to reload PLC program back to PLC controler, I have a hard copy of program. I type it in STEP 5 but where I need to use FB's step 5 give me an error. My question is: 1. Where is library for FB's block? 2. Is it in the PLC basic program so I need first to download the library from PLC and to finish with programing? Best regards Valentin

Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (57)	HI, There are some standard blocks in the plc but others were sold as optional packages and supplied on disk probably a 51/4 inch floppy at the time. Is the full plc program not on the EPROM ?. It was normal to save the program to EPROM Pee

valeVTS Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, First I like to mention that I put new PLC controler to machine, the old one was mising from the machine. In the top submodule was standard EPROM module with basic program, and in the botom submodule is RAM module. The PLC program I have on a hard copy (paper) and I type it n STEP5. Yesterday it was firs time that I logo on in the PLC and read the data. I download all block's that was in the PLC. DB0/DB1 is missing. Some of the FB used in the program was there but FB from 71 to 90 are missing. Some of this FB's are used in the program. In the listing of program there are also the name's of library's of FB, DB and OB. Please help me to complete the program. If you need more information feel fre to ask. Best regards Valentin
