well... I admit... I am not the PROFISAFE specialist... but I guess for such an information the best point to ask would be the PI.
If someone knows if there is any additional data in an PROFISAFE frame than the by you mentioned data they will know.
In your table you show that both slots use 244 bytes of data. The PROFIBUS DP fame may have up to 244 bytes of data. So if there is nothing additional in it... this would be sufficient... but I am not sure.
