Connecting RTUs To Profibus

NimaMoaddeli Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, In my application I must bring 2 Water Level(Seperatly 2 Analog Input) from 100 Km away Wireless(GSM Modem) to a Centeral Station Which is PCS7,The Centeral station could be a S7300 or any modem with Profibus connection the I could be able for Polling RTUs. Since the cost is very imortant if there is any S7200 or Logo It would be better. For RTU and Centeral the Manuafcturer Brand is not important just I could be able to read Levels in Profibus and then S7300/S7400 CPU and then Wincc in some way I will appreciate for any suggestion. Regards

S7-300, S7-400, S7-200??? Which bus system do you have ?? PROFIBUS, Ethernet, Wireless???? You have written about GSM and Wireless... Do you haveheard of SINAUT, yet???Maybe it`s a solution for you... "SINAUT® ST7 is a system based on SIMATIC® S7 for fully automatic monitoring and control of process stations that exchange data with another and with one or more control centers over a WAN (wide area network) or Ethernet (TCP/IP)."
