One of the Stations should be the DP-Master and the other on the DP-Slave. If the Schneider PLC will be slave you have to import the GSD-File of this PLC in STEP7. If the S7-400 should be the slave there is an example available: Connecting a S7-400 CPU to a external master as DP slave Good luck Sabine
