Wu Hai Tao Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi When I use the Reset_WinCC.vbs to stop all the services of wincc, it always shows me the "Open With" window to let me choose a program runit, how to handle this? Which program should I choose? Thanks.

Salma Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	What operating system are you using? What version of WinCC do you have? VBS files run using the Windows Scripting Host which is part of the Windows installation. It is strange that your system doesn't recognise this extension.

Salma Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	A few things to do: · Ensure the Windows Firewall is deactivated · Ensure you are logged onto Windows with administrator priviledges · Manually link VBS files to open with the Microsoft Windows BasedScript Host ( C:\Windows\System32\wscript.exe ) The last step should resolve your problem but not really answer WHY it happened. Salma Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	Possibly installing an anti-virus program could cause this disassociation. Or as XPSP2 is more secure it automatically removed the file association. Oh well, who knows. I am glad it is working for you now.
