Warning alarm & value

senthils Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	Dear all, we are having the master drive motion control, one of the drive, which it is linked with SIMOLINK and also controlled by S7 400PLC. In HMI externally can adjust the speed value to the drive. Normally the value has maintained from 100 to 125, but someone make it 155. So that for everytime the motor generate the warning alarm A034 and stop the machine. From this i have following doubts. Plz. someone explain me clearly, 1. is this possible to see the warning alarm & value like fault parameters r0947 & r0949? 2. How the warning alarm A034 generated in the drive? 3. Is it possible to set the maximum value of 125 in the drive, even though someone make it 155 in the HMI? 4. How can i define the load to the drive when i connect servo motor in the field. any formula is available to define the load to the drive? Is this also generate the warning alarm A034? Regards

It occurs when a deviation is detected between the setpoint and the actual. You can limit most things in the drive, but it is good software practice to limit the user input in the first place. Even if you set a limit in the drive, the setpoint will still be transmitted to the drive which because of your limit will never be achieved, so A034 all over again. What exactly is the value on the HMI you refer to? Is it percent? Regards, Graeme

senthils Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	Dear sir, yes sir. The HMI value is referred in percentage only. Can possible to limit the value in drive itself even increase the percentage in the HMI. One more further query about this warning value store somewhere in the drive and also the value.
