I briefly looked at your program, but here a couple of points that may help.

1.) Read the S5 to S7 Migration Manual (not the best, but it helps.)

2.) Before you "convert" make sure you have all the Address.. XFR…Symb...and you have to remove all the FB's that are part of the CPU or Siemens Standard FB'. You can find the S7 equivalents in the S7 Library.

3.) Make a list of how you like to name your new Block PB1 = PB1, FB1 = PB101……(S5 FB’ are not automatically converted to S7 FB’.)

4.) Make a new XFR before you convert.
