I want to make line contactor control for the SLM "16 KW with drive cliq interface " but we have alarm 207300 "DP003 slave 003:SLM_3:3:2(2) drive line contactor feed back signal missing i already made the following : 1- Connect control terminal of the line contactor to X 132.10 in NCU 2- Connect feed back of the line contactor to X 132.4 in NCU 3-changed the bico inter connection for p0744=r0863.1 & P0860=r0723.7 4- Set p0861=100ms could you advice me how can i solve this problem?

CNC600 Posts: 455 Rating: (77)	Hi, Your OUTPUT-signal at X132.10 (to control the contactor): p744=X:863.1 ==> OK did You set pin X132.10 as an OUTPUT? ==> bit p728.14 = TRUE (please check this setting) Your INPUT-signal at X132.4 (response from contactor): X:p860 = 1:722.7 ==> (please check this setting) (X=DO number of Line Module) ********************** time delay for alarm "p0861=100ms" : perhaps a little bit to short, better: 500ms hope that helps CNC600
