Using WinCC flexible and Micro/WIN

I am doing a school project with TP177 micro and s7-200 PLC I have the same kind of problem as the user who wrote that. I don't have any experience using the WinCC Flexible program, and I would like to know how to use it with the Micro/WIN. The situation is that I'm trying to create a RS block in Micro/WIN with output into Q0.0 and feed the program into the PLC. I need to know how to create the buttons with WinCC Flexible to control the Set and Reset of the RS block. So that I can set Q0.0 on and off in the PLC with the two buttons on the touchpanel. I know how to create the buttons physically, but Idon't know what to do to make them work with the RS block created with Micro/WIN. I hope somebody could help me to get started!
