WinCC Flex not recognising KTP600 PN

Furryjaws Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I hope Iam inthe right area to ask this. I am currently working on a project which requires a touch screen. I chose the KTP600 PN to operate with WinCC Flexible 2008. The problem is when it comes to selecting a device type, the KTP600 PN Basic Panel is not listed. Upon following the 'Furthe devices' link, I cannot locate the driver download required to add the touch screen to the list of devices for selection. I am currently usingthe KTP1000 Basic PNtemplate so I can configure what is required. I have tried every avenue on this site and have scanned most threads with regards to WinCC Flex/KTP600 PN and unfortunately have not found a remedy. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Donal.

Because you meed at least SP1 of WinCC Flex. Flexible scalability within the HMI family through the configuration with SIMATIC WinCC flexible(fromSIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 SP1 Compact) Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Furryjaws Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Excellent, many thanks. I knew it was a simple one. I had actually found the SP2 but noted that it only had 'enhancements' for the Basic panels. It was very naive of me to assume that SP2 did not have the SP1 included as well. Everythings sorted now, thanks again. Donal.
