we need ratio control in micro master and telemecha ic drive with master speed control for control the speed as required ratio.so plz suggest

PC board for telemechanic and siemens drive speed reference --10VDC master and 2 slave We have to provide 3 potentiometer 1 is for master control, 2 pots is for siemens drive and 3 pot for telemehanic drive//both are working in 10 VDC reference for motor speed control I want ratio control from 2&3 and controlled by pot 1 as master

For scaling analog inputs,

Set-1

P0756[0] = 0 {type of ADC, represents for 0-10V input}

P0757[0] = 0 V {the minimum input voltage}

P0758[0] = 0 % {minimum scaling value}

P0759[0] = 10 V {the maximum analog input voltage}

P0760[0] = 100% {the scaled maximum value}

P1000[0] = 2 {analog set point}

P1070[0] = 755.0 {represents analog input 1}

P1080[0] = 20Hz {minimum VFD running frequency}

P1082[0] = 50Hz {maximum VFD running frequency}

Set-2

P0756[1] = 0 {type of ADC, represents for 0-10V input}

P0757[1] = 0 V {the minimum input voltage}

P0758[1] = 0 % {minimum scaling value}

P0759[1] = 10 V {the maximum analog input voltage}

P0760[1] = 100% {the scaled maximum value}

P1000[1] = 2 {analog set point}

P1070[1] = 755.1 {represents analog input 2}

P1080[1] = 20Hz {minimum VFD running frequency}

Here both the input set points are scaled in two different data sets.

But with my limited knowledge I feel that you can only use one data set at a single time.

With the help of digital inputs you can activate either one of the dataset.

A small example for Data set selection will be as follows,

P0700[0] = 2 {teminal selection}

P0701[0] = 99

P0702[0] = 99

P0820 = 722.0 {When a high input is given to first input, this uses the first drive data set}

P0821 = 722.1 {When a high input is given to secon input, this uses the second drive data set}
