I just got a call from a customer who's been having a new problem with WinCC: apparently when he tries to switch users in runtime he receives a message saying that the server is unavailable. The catch is it's a single-user project! The message doesn't come all the times, so sometimes he's able to switch between users and sometimes not! The computer has Windows 2000 SP3 and WinCC v6.0 SP1. I'm gonna order an updrade for them, but until that gets here (it takes about a month for me to get my upgrades [:(]) I'd like to find out how to fix that! I've asked him to send me a print screen of the error, and I'll post it as soon as it gests here! Thanks in advance!!! Danielle

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	I'm still waiting for his e-mail with the error message, and logs. He said he'd just have to wait a little until an operator got the message again and paged him... He logs in via the System Login Dialog! Thanks!
