display diagnostic buffer of plc on hmi screen

I want to display the info in wincc flex on screen with some kind of window... don't know much about it so hope I can get helped here... thanks, I am using the 319F CPU if it matters...

I want to be able to display every buffer message being logged as OB's and what not are loaded, which errors were caused so forth...
