CUVC Card Replacing with new

FAHAD ALRASHEED Posts: 12 Rating: (1)	We had a problem in our Master drivewith fault F002. And after checking we decided that now we wanted to replace the CUVC card with new one ( the DC bus voltage is 900 V with voltameter , and the converter showing 60 V only ) . butchanging the CUVC card not succeeded and after replacing the new card the faults F029 & F070 coming, also the downlowding for the paramiters not succeeded due to some paramiters rejected ( 7 paramiters) So could be the card need Hardware configuration? if yes we have tried but the P052 , P051 not comming in the list as it not exist. so what to do?

powerpack Posts: 74 Rating: (3)	Voltage sensing is done on your power supply board. So an incorrect reading will be either your IVI or PSU boards so swop them first.

FAHAD ALRASHEED Posts: 12 Rating: (1)	For the information : we have changed CUVC card with other used one after downloading the paramiters for the drive also we have cahnged PSU1 & PSU2 and IVI cards , also we changed the base card and converter power suply units. after all of this the problem still the same F002 note : the DC bus voltage before starting around 70 V DC, after starting it go to Zero (in the PMU only and realy is 950 VDC ) so why suddenly at starting it go to Zero and after stop with 20 second it come back to 70 V . hoping for a feedback any Help ????

Vithani Platinum Expert Joined: 7/8/2009 Last visit: 6/7/2025 Posts: 1977 Rating: (479)	If you are using Inverter, Check DC bus fuses. DC Voltage you are measurnig is at DC Bus. But there are 2 fuses connected before it goes to inverter section. Check those fuses, if they are blown you will not get voltage in r006 Devesh
	I dont Like people driving Fast, thats the reason I overtake them ;)

wachacz Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	have you checked VDU board? In 9 hundred volts drive you should have PSU and VDU board, check connection from capacitors and between VDU and PSU board.
