Flex 2007 and TP177B dp-6 mSTN

When i try download project to plc, error message displays: "Downloas is not possible[...] version of OS of the device is not compatible[...] perform an OS update[..] " the problem is I do not have menu Project -> Transfer -> OS update In my menu, under Project - > Transfer there is only Transfer Setting... Anyone can instruct me how to perfform the OS update in that case? Perhaps is there any bug in my WinCC Flex or did error during installation occure? Best regard

In that case, you can try to do the following: At the right bottom, (beside the windows clock), you will find a WinCC flexible startCenter. When you right click, there is a possibility to Reset WinCC flexible. (Only when all programms are closed) Perhaps this will help. Another possibility is to use Prosave to perform an OS update. irb6 Posts: 106 Rating: (1)	Thank for quick tips... There is no command Reset WinCC in WinCC starCenter, only exit and deactivate-activate autostart . Maybe re-install WinCC Flex can solve that strange situation? I am going to try it. But I have newly -installed flex, I have done it some days ago. But before that I have PCS7 on my machine, I have unistalled every soft connected with PCS 6.1, wincc 6.0 and sql as well and after that I installed WinCC Flex 2007, the OS Win XP wasn't unistalled. Any new ideas?
