PLC ALARM TEXT FILE GETTING CORRUPTED IN 802D SL SYSTEM

Whenever I write Plc alarms text in the machine using "Edit alarm text" option on the system, After sometime the alarm file gets corrupted and it only shows some wild characters on the screen. Is there any method to write these alarm text using RCS or some other tool?????? Please help !!!!!!!!

Have you loaded your tool box properly? if you have loaded you will not have this problem. ensure you have done the initial commissioning properly. refer Docon CD/ Docon WEB in that open802DSl>Operating instructions turning,milling> Chapter 7 you have steps for commissiong.
