Hello Yoga Shankar Vithani's sugestion is generally correct, but will only allow you to have the Drives on ONE CPU (they'll become so called unilateral I/O devices of the relevant CPU and are NOT part ofyour Software redundant system). If you need the drives to bepart of the Software redundant system, I'm afraid to say that you will have to gothe CP341 (to be located in a - redundant IM153 based- ET 200M Station). The only alternative I can see to this, is to go for an S7-400H system and use a Y-Link to link any non-redundant Profibus DP Slavesto it. I hope this helps |

I gave this answer because Yoga Shankar has mentioned that he has two NON REDUNDANT Drives so what I think is, he is going to connect One drive to one CPU and another to another... Thats how its going to work' Devesh |
