WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2, Transfer and Compilation Options are Disable.

I am having problem in communication of my HMI (MP 377) with WinCC Flexible, Complilation and Transferring options are disable in WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2, while in SP1 both the option are available but no connection in establishing . I am using Ethernet to communicate with my HMI. Waiting for your replies. TR Sadiq Asgher
