Power up CPU 115U 941

Hello EJS I must admit I never tried to power on an115U CPU by itself and would NOT want to try this myself (it would be too easy to get it wrong and damage the CPU im my humble opinion). If you really must do so though, you can at least find the CPU's backplane Connector PIN assignment in Appendix C of the S5-115U Programmable Controller manual(itwon'ttell you which PIN's you must assign for a power up test).
