Now since everybody is up to speed with how an I/O Field updates its OutputValuewould you give it a try with my quiz part 2 (S7 Parser)? This is all about verifying the input data, modifying and return it back into OutputValue. The rules are: check for S7 Address syntax; If the syntax is correct then convert to upper cases, remove extraneous spaces andleading 0s (if any) and write back to OutputValue. If the syntax is wrong don't changeanything just modify the FontColor(red) and write a tool-tip with an error message (see attachment in the post) [:P] Dec |
