Communication Example between S7 313c-2DP and Masterdrive CBP2

Jinux Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello i am all new to the siemens website. I have a setting on my work with a 313c and a masterdrive with cuvc driving a motor. Just for playing with it. In the S7 software package came a sample project called : drive_samp, but this example project is damaged. So i cannot find out how to communicate between the plc and the masterdrive. My idea is to have a little box with some switches and a digital potmeter. When i turn the digital potmeter, the inputs in hte plc program start to count up. I like the drive to speed up the motor. I already have profibus communication between the plc and the drive. I need to know how i can send the desired information to the drive so it will start driving the motor, and gaining rpms and stop the motor. Hope someone understands what i mean. I am now figuring out how to setup a FC and a DB for filling parameters into the drive over profibus. My question is, could someone help me with communicating between the plc and the drive over profibus? Or maybe have the example project (drive_samp) complete ?Or someone point me to the right thread ? Attachment pkwpkz.JPG (394 Downloads)
