300500 Axis drive 14 system error: error code:27, 327680 - Sinumerik 810DE

Controls_Engineer Posts: 60 Rating: (1)	Hi All, I am having a center less grinding m/c with 810DE (software version 1.6). In this m/c I have 2 axis (1 for feed and another for spindle). Every morning I am getting below 2 errors in my machine. “300500 Axis drive 14 system error: error code:27, 327680” “300500 Axis drive 14 system error: error code:27, 196608” To clear this error I have to switch off the power and remove and re fixed the CPU card in LT module. After that machine running without any issues through the day. Kindly give me your inputs to solve this issue. Venki
