Problem after transfering file to plc S5

suhato87 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear, I have a plc S5 115u 942. I pluged out the plc module and then pluged it in the rack after a period. The problem is it can't work on run mode, the stop led is alway light. I have transfered the backup program but the problem still remain. what should i do now? Thank and sorry for my bad english.

Was the power suply in this moment ON or OFF? Try with: put the CPU in STOP mode with infront CPU switch. Then download the program in CPU. Put again in RUN... Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

I turned off the power and unpluged cpu unit module( old unit), and replaced it with another cpu unit ( new unit, the same type) But when I pluged the old unit back and turn on the power. The plc unit didn't work on run mode, the stop led is alway light. I haved swichted the run-stop switch many time but the stop led is still light. I have transfered the backup program. I dont know what happened. Regards.

Can you please do thefollowing: Grab a copy of the 115U manual from HERE Have a look at chapter 5 (Error diagnostics) and especially the info from the ISTACK. Let us know what you find (the more details the better, take screendumps and attach them to the post if you can).
