Importing dynamic elements in operator panel with WinCC Flexible

I just knew the way if you use the SDK (Software Development Kit) for this: extensions to WinCC flexible or own applications for Windows CE Panels You can also take a look at this FAQ wich shows the way at a pc-runtime (not a panel): How do you register an ActiveX object on the configuration computer and then incorporate it in WinCC flexible? best regards
