bowler Posts: 71 Rating: (0)	Hey! I have connect this analog into a UR2-rack, with PS 407-0KA00-0AA0 and the CPU 416-2XK02. I have entered the modules in the SIMATIC MANAGER (S7)program , and transferred it. But it doesn't matter what I do, there are always INT.F! Is this a typical problem for this analog? I need help. /Bowler

bowler Posts: 71 Rating: (0)	I forgot to tell that the INT.FAIL don't lit every time I test. Sometimes the analog works, so it must be something that's not 100%.

The easier way to see what is wrong - check diagnostic buffer. Yes, you are right. There has recorded the last events. But if you select one you could see description of this event number. Now I maybe know what the problem is.I found this at the siemens.support-homepage: "If the above analog module for S7-400 is switched on and off frequently, it may fail to start-up, even if it has worked correctly for some time with the power on. This problem has been eliminated with the new revision level 8." And it's correct, I haven't problem with those modules that have revision level 8! How can I upgrade the modules? Should it work with a software or something? I really appreciate your help!
