Hello, You should do a overall reset (Performing an OVERALL RESET) and then to download the program. About connection between PC and CPU you need Step5 software, PG and cable. Look at S5-135U CPU 928B Programming Guide Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |

Hello draz before you decide to do the overall reset, please check first at what frequency the Stop LED is flashing. If its flashing fast (~ 2Hz), then the CPU does indeed request an overall reset. If its flashing slow (~ 0.5Hz), then the CPU does NOT need anoverall reset, but can instead be restarted with a so called "Cold restart" (it may of course go back into Stop again if the orginal cause of the CPU Stopstill exist). Whiel I can't tell you what caused your CPU Stop, I can tell you that a good place find this out is the Istack and chapter 5 of the CPU manual that UMENCHOpointed you too has all the details on how to evaulte the Istack (see alsochapter 4 for all things stop,restart and run mode related).
