Best regards, Hristo Mihalev i already search on google but i can't find a solution. Just the INTF is red. the other CPU's LEDs are ok.

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 11/18/2024 Posts: 12296 Rating: (2691)	Hello SerdaR; Your diagnostic buffer entries tell you that a specific diagnostic OB, in this case OB84, needs to be loaded to the CPU program so further diagnostics are made available. Here is some information on OB84 from the System and Standard Functions manual: *CPU Hardware Fault Organization Block (OB84)* *Description* The OS in the CPU calls OB84 in the following cases :• After memory errors have been detected and corrected • For S7-400H: if there is reduced performance of the redundant link between the two CPUs • For WinAC RTX: Error in operating system (e.g. "blue screen") If you want more specific info on the FCor FB that caused the INTF LED to be active, you should create OB84 (in Program, right-click the Blocks folder, create new OB, name it OB84) and download it to the PLC. The CPU OS will use the OB interface to collect diagnostic data on that particular fault. No need to porogram anything inside the OB for the moment.When the fault appears again your diagnostic buffer will contain much more information on the source of the fault. If your diagnostic buffer information is still cryptic, post it here, so we may try and help you with the newer information. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

Hello --SerdaR-- I suggest youuse the "Help on Event" button of the Diagnostic Buffer popup window instead which will give you the following info for Event 3x83: Cause: The operating system has detected an accumulation of memory errors that were detected and removed by the CPU hardware. To correct or avoid errors: *Check the plant installation for EMC problems.* Hint: If you can't find the Event anymore in the Diganostic Buffer (e.g. its been pushed out due to other events thathave come and gone), simply do the following: 1.) Usethe "Help on Event" on any event 2.) Click on the "Index" buttonat the top of the help screen and you'll get a complete lits of all event numbers and associated help. Last but not least, you''ll find some good advise on EMC compliant installation for your PLC in the Automation System S7-400 Hardware and Installation manual. I hope this helps

--SerdaR-- Regular Member Joined: 1/11/2011 Last visit: 4/3/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thank you for your help. 1-) i have already ob84 in my program and cpu. 2-) this cpu is running at the same place for 3 years, so why we get this message now? 3-) i want to explain something. we have 8 S7-400 cpu and all of them communicating. all CPU have a label in the plant. This CPU is CPU-3. yesterday we have a fault on another cpu which is label CPU-1. All leds are blinking onCPU-1. So we checked all CPUs leds and we see this INTF problem on CPU-3.than we changed the CPU-1 with a new CPU. But this INTF redled is not disappear on CPU-3. This morning i checked all CPUs again. the led became normal on CPU-3. Do you think that this problem is related with CPU-1?

gre_m Posts: 947 Rating: (45)	Additional info: Event ID 16#3583 - This is: Accumulation of detected and corrected memo errors. "All leds are blinking onCPU-1" - This is a Devective state. I think - you should checkcontact in circuit grounding and power.
