After change the module by new one the SF red led is off but still the ST2 orang is on and the weighing still zero

I have SIWAREX U module type 7mh4950-1aa01 it was damage and appearon the module SF red led + ST2 orang led. And the weighing on an operating panel is zeroAfter change the module by new one the SF red led is off but still the ST2 orang is on and the weighing still zero alsoWhat can I do for solve this problem? Hello pipo71100, The functionality of the two orange LEDs “ST 1” and “ST 2” can be defined by the Siwatool software (or via the Step7-program). Into the Siwatool software, there exist the data record “Base parameters (RD5)”. Into this data record the parameters “LED 1” and “LED 2” can be set to different functionalities, like: - limit value - channel error - … That means, you have to check which functionality is defined for the “ST 2” LED. Afterward you know, why this LED is on. You can download the Siwatool DEMO-version on the internet: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/10423274 After changing the damagedSiwarex U module, it is normal that you see only “zero” for the weight value with the new Siwarex U module. At first, youhave to do with the new Siwarex U module: - an adjustment OR: - send the parameter settings of the damaged Siwarex U module to the new Siwarex U module.
