Control ETEL Torque Motor With 840D sl Controller

Hello everybody! I have some problem to control third party motor. I want to control ETEL Torque motor(DD motor) with 840D SL. The ETEL motor rated speed is 280 RPM but I want to let this motor reach 800 RPM. The ETEL engineer tell me that this motor need control with field-weakening to reach 800 RPM. I know field-weakening theorem but I don't know how to set parameter for 840D sl. If any one ever meet this problem like me, can you tell me how to do. Thank You! Hi, Are you connecting this motor to a Siemens drive module or has it got it's own drive unit ?. Pee |
