Ammy Posts: 1525 Rating: (159)	Hi All, I am facing One Problem with Input Redundancy, I am Using the PCS7 V7.1 SP1 & Digital Input Module 6ES7 321-1BL00-0AB0, I am getting the QBAD on the Channel Driver Block. Have a look on the Module I Have define all the setting on the Hardware Configuration related to Channel/Module Redundancy. Attachment BAD-2.pdf (155 Downloads)

cabreytj Posts: 170 Rating: (66)	PV_IN should be connected to a Symbol with the lowest address of the redundant modules (I don't see an address in the attached PDF). The Higher address does not get connect anywhere and therefore no symbolic name is required. Then Generate module drivers to have the redundancy built automatically. The module driver blocks with select the proper input. Assuming that hardware config is setup with the redundant modules referencing each other (only have to reference one, the other will follow). cabreytj

Ammy Posts: 1525 Rating: (159)	Hi cabreytj, I did the same thing which you have told, Lower address of the Module, also the Hardware same way. But still it was showing the QBAD, my Digital output Analog input with Redundent are working fine.

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Hi Ammy, There could be many reasons for the QBAD. The MODE 16#40... indicates invalid input. Please post screenshots of HW config for both modules in the redundant pair and also online module information. Regards
