Hello,
My horizontal boring machine has a rotary table which is equipped with a kind of hydraulic break.
This table is considered to be locked unless we trigger it from NC program or by JOG, then the break should be unlocked (takes about 1 sec) and let the rotary table to rotate. after it reaches the desired destination, it should be locked again. In addition to the mentioned axis, my machine has 4 other axis ( x, y, z, w) thatmust interpolate together and one spindle with oreinting capability.
the rotary table is not interpolating with other axis.
1- Which CNC controller is the cheapest from Solution line family that could be suitable for this machine?
2- What kind of softwareoptionmust be purchased for the mentioned rotary table?
3- What parameter in PLC could help me to notify when to lock/unlock the break and also prevent the axis from movment before the break is released?
4- Is it possible to turn of the motor for rotary axis after the break is activated?
