802C can't delete mpf file

alito Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a problem with a 802C Base Line. I can't delete mpf files, and so the memory is completely full. What's is the problem? Why I can't delete the files? I have tried in all the access levels. When I attempt delete the file, appear: File /_N_MPF_DIR/1003_MPF NO DELETABLE The 802C software version is V04.02.04. I appreciate your help Thanks.

Dear Alito, Could you creat a new empty program and check wether i can be deleted. If not , you have to Put Default data once.Plz ensure you have all backup before doing this.

Yes you can....Normally when your giving a program name ensure your giving the file name properly. i.e 1023_mpf this should not be it should be like this 1023.MPF You can also give a try of re naming your program file name(.MPF in your program)correctly and check too..... Respect to the previous post, I nor define the "_" in the program extension or program name. Please, see the attached, is part of the programming manual of the 802C, here you'll see the program_extension. How can I resolve that problem? and why I can't delete the programs in the normal way?
