Christian R. Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I just downloaded the 4.1.2.4 version of SCOUT, when I go to install a message "This Hotfix SCOUT Needs 4.1.2.0. and do not let me install the software. The software siemens download it from support. I tried to find the version you ask me but I could not find it, any suggestions from you. atte. Christian

umencho Grandmaster Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 1/10/2026 Posts: 10247 Rating: (1183)	Hello Christian, Most probably you downloaded from thereonly the Hotfix - http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/34058968 Before you can perform the installation, you have to install SCOUT or SCOUT Stand-alone Version V4.1 SP2. So in order to use it you will need SCOUT software installed there. And you will need to order it. Not available for download. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
